Hi Everyone,

Our Club Open Day is just around the corner on Saturday 12th July, and we’re looking for enthusiastic juniors to help make it a fantastic event and introduce lots of new members to the club. (More details on flier at the end of this email).

We need volunteers to:

• Take part in on-court activities/games.
• Chat with visitors about the club and what we offer.
• Help showing people around and making them feel welcome.

It's a great opportunity to represent the club, meet new people, and have some fun!  Plus, you might even get a free club T-shirt as a thank-you for your help.

If you’d like to get involved or have any questions, please let us know by replying to this email or contacting myself or Brian directly. We’d love to have as many of you as possible helping out and showing everyone what a friendly and fun place our club is!
