Friday Night Adult Social Squash

Friday/ 'Club Night' Social Squash Courts

Due to the increasing success of building the junior section of our squash community and the fantastic work being done by Paul Steward, we increasingly find there is great demand for courts in the earlier part of each Friday evening. We therefore need to implement a small change to the timing of court availability for 'adult players' - so that the juniors coached by Paul, Imogen and Adam can have sufficient court time for the number of players that are regularly attending.
 
With immediate effect adult club night courts will now commence from 6.30pm and we trust you will understand that this adjustment is in the circumstances both fair, essential and reasonable.
 
A 6.30pm start was always previously the case and we now need to revert to that past 'norm'. Adults do then have all of the courts for the rest of the evening, once the juniors have finished their structured session.
 
Please remember that our 'online booking system' (with court starting timings every 15mins) is unable to be overridden to reflect the 6.30 start for each 'adult use' court. However, the coaches now know that junior players will have priority until this time each Friday.
