The Draw is out for GRACE/Jackson Stops 25!

Hi Everyone

This email contains everything you need to know:

Who is in the draw and what group they are in
The schedule of your matches and when they need to be played by
How to pay your entrance fee (which is due before you start playing)
How to record your results
Finals day and Matches

The schedule of your matches and when they need to be played by

See details below of all the matches to be played. Everybody will have to play 6 matches in 3 rounds.
Round 1 - must be played by November 15th
Round 2 - must be played by January 3rd
Round 3 - must be played by February 14th

Please stick to these days and if you cannot play you match in the allocated time let me know as soon as possible.

We suspect that the league tables will be tight, so every game counts!

How to pay your entrance fee (which is due before you start playing)

£20 donation. Please email tennis@dltsc.co.uk for bank details

How to record your results

Please email the results to gracetournament25@gmail.com

Please include:

The match number (found on the schedule e.g. 2B.7)
Who won the match
the number of sets each pair won
the score in games in each set

Finals day and Matches

Each match should be best of three sets with the final set being a championship tiebreak

On finals day the top 8 from each of the Green, Purple, Orange and Blue groups will be invited to play doubles in a semi-final and then a final against people within their own group.

Hence each group will have 2 winners
