First Aid & Defibrillator Training

I am delighted to announce that we are offering a session to deliver first aid, resuscitation and defibrillator training at the club on Saturday 28th at 2.30pm. 

The session runs for approximately 1 1/2 hours and consists of a presentation followed by some hands on practice, then another short presentation and time for questions.

This will be run by volunteers from the Central Surrey Community First Responders who respond to 999 emergencies on behalf of the ambulance service to provide emergency first aid until an ambulance arrives. They also work in the local community to provide training in CPR and defibulation to increase the chance of survival in the event of cardiac arrest.  So we just ask for a volunatary £5 donation which the club matches to give to them.

There are a maximum of 30 places so it is first come first served.
